Strategic Expansion and Retail Growth

As Director of Ecommerce & Director of Retail at Lucy’s Inc, I strategically positioned the brand for substantial retail growth. By introducing Lucy’s products into over 300 Kroger banner stores nationwide, we successfully generated annual sales exceeding $300,000. Additionally, I spearheaded the negotiations with Costco, securing prominent product placement and delivering over $10 million in annual sales.

Digital Transformation and Customer Experience

Recognizing market trends toward high-quality, sustainable products, I led a comprehensive rebranding effort. Lucy's was repositioned with an emphasis on premium, high-end organic offerings, effectively aligning our brand identity with evolving consumer preferences and increasing our competitive advantage.

To further support this transformation, I developed and executed a detailed marketing budget and strategic roadmap planned a full year in advance, ensuring sustained growth, brand strength, and market relevance.

I led an extensive website overhaul, significantly improving user experience and ecommerce performance. The redesign enhanced the conversion rate from 0.5% to 2.5% and increased the average order value by $30 per transaction. This effort directly contributed to higher customer satisfaction, loyalty, and improved overall online sales performance.
